What is the start date of your retreat?

Please let us know at least a week before you arrive if you have any food allergies or dietary needs. Health issues requiring special diets include diabetes, celiac, etc. Foods we’d like to know you avoid include gluten, dairy, fish, shellfish, onions, peppers, eggs, etc. If you have a preference in diet, you may like to bring (or buy locally) ready-made foods that meet your needs.
