Financial Arrangements
As you can imagine, it costs our ministry quite a bit to provide what we do. Actual costs are over $10,000 for each person who participates in a retreat. However, we charge only $6,000 per couple and $5,000 per individual. This is possible because of our generous donors!
We know you are in a time of stress right now. Please know that we will NOT turn you away due to lack of funds. However, that doesn't mean this retreat is free. We will partner with you and/or your supporters and our supporters to find ways to cover the cost.
Don't feel guilty about receiving financial assistance. Maybe someday, as God blesses you, you could help others by being one of our donors yourself and "pay it forward."
You will be able to cover the cost of your retreat by using funds from one or more of the following sources:
- Funds from your church or ministry
- Funds from your regional or national denomination or network
- Funds from granting sources
- Funds from friends & relatives
- Funds from your own personal resources
(You should at least be able to contribute towards the cost of the meals we provide)
- AND we will help you with other scholarships as needed!

NOTE: If you are a rostered member of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod and need assistance, please apply for a "Worker Wellness Retreat Grant" AFTER notifying your district office.
